The questions visitors ask most, answered with the shop's own published information. Anything not yet confirmed by the business is left out rather than guessed.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are booked through the shop's booking system. Walk-in availability depends on how busy the chairs are, so booking first is the safer option.
What are your opening hours?
The Dubai shop publishes daily hours from 10:00 to midnight. The Helwan branch keeps its own hours, which are being confirmed.
How much is a haircut?
A haircut at the Dubai branch is AED 65 for thirty minutes. The full menu lists every service with its price and duration.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes. Kids haircuts for children under four are listed on the menu at AED 55 for twenty minutes.
Which currency are prices in?
Dubai prices are in AED and include VAT as published by the shop. Helwan has its own local price list.
Do you offer colour?
Yes. Black and brown colour, ash tones, henna and highlights are all on the menu, each with its own duration.
Do you do facials and massage?
Yes. Scrub, express facial, full facial and HydraFacial, plus head, shoulder, neck and machine treatments.
Do you do manicures and pedicures?
Yes. Twelve services across hands and feet, from a fifteen-minute express treatment to the royal version.
Can you come to my home?
Home grooming is available across the UAE. You send a request and the shop confirms the slot, the barber and the price.
Do you have packages?
Yes. Five fixed packages from AED 135. The inclusions and expiry are confirmed by the shop when you book.
Do you have memberships?
Yes. Three monthly plans: Gentleman AED 475, Nobleman AED 525 and Kingsman AED 675. Benefits reset monthly and do not roll over.
Which branch should I visit?
The main branch is in Arjan, Dubai. The second shop is in Helwan, Egypt, and has its own address, hours and prices.
